Please friends, help me with Gokceada - ZIPKINCI

Hello friends !

I don't know Turkish language and I am sorry that I write here in English language. I even don't know is this the correct topic for my question and sorry for this.

I am from Bulgaria and my hobby is spearfishing. I think this month or next month to visit the island Gokceada for few days and to try my luck there.
Gokceada is completely unknown place for me. Many Bulgarian tourists visiting it, but mainly to make windsurf. This what I heard from them is that the south and south-east side have many winds and is good for surfing. You know to make spearfishing we need calm sea without big winds

Where to go for spearfishing, on the North side or East side? I have seen that the area around Marmaros is recommended for diving. Is this good place? Somebody told me that sometime the military people don't allow the diving. Is this true?

I will be very thankful to everybody who give me any tips and tricks for Gokceada. Again sorry for my english!

I think my friends ''who know something about Gökçeada or living near Çanakkale'' will help you.I know nothing the north of Aegean Sea and any forbidden for sperafishing there.Don't worry, good luck!

Spearfishing for foreigners in Turkey are subject to certain rules. You need a certified guide diver to assist you. Shooting groupers are forbidden. Nighthunting and scubahunting also

My friend, I already know that orfoz under 60 sm is forbiden. Also I can take max 10 kg fish for 1 day.
All another posts I can not understand, because are in Turkish language.

first of all you must write your name , your age and your city in your personal sign area ... this will help us to know who are you ...

night hunting and scuba hunting is always FORBIDDEN in all over the TURKIYE's seas ... also hunting some type of fishes like ORFOZ (epinephelus marginatus) and LAHOS (cernia bianca) all FORBIDDEN ...

in GokceAda there is many spearfishing points ... i did never dive there but some of my friends dived and said that alla over the island seasides ready for spearfishing ...

you must be very careful with hard streams and winds ... and you must have a dive-partner with you , i think ..

My details are:
Georgi(first name) Ivanov(family name) and my city is Sliven. It is far 200 km from Sofia. I don't know where is my personal sign area, because my interface here is in Turkish language.

I understood now what is forbiden. I never never try diving with bottles. I don't like the people with speargun and bottles(mainly Americans). Also I must be mad to to dive at night. My diving start at 8:00 o'clock morning and finish 2-3 hours later. I can deep maximum to 6-8 meters, not more ! I know what is orfoz, but from photos only. I read in some forums that this fish live very deep. I want to shot only dentex and thats all what I want. No dentex no fish for me. All another is unknown for me and is not interested.
Where I must buy this licenze? I think to pay to any fisherman there and he with his boat to be my instructor etc .... I want to make maximum 2-3 divings, because have not time for me, must back to work here.
