| Aloha Salmon INGREDIENTS:
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
1 tbsp. (not kidding) black pepper
PREPARATION:
Combine and chill until serving. |
