Konu: Tourist spearfishing license ?

I just read, thanks to Mustafa Kurt, that exist new tourist fishing license for 3 days.
The last one I know was for 1 year with price 200 liras, but impossible to buy, because only tourist company can arrange the things, but very difficult. Also once I have it I must dive only spearo from Turkey, can't dive alone.
Can you tell me more for this 3 days license, how and where to buy, what documents I must show, photos, taxes etc ...?

But if you will hunt without a boat there is no need to have some licences, you will have the same rights with us.

Dear friend i live in a touristic town called Marmaris and i organise daily boat tours. I have some friends who organise daily fishing tours for tourists and as i know since last year a new rule has appeared; If you are a foreigner and if you want to catch fish in Turkey, you need to buy a kind of fishing coupon. As i know its valid for 3 days and it costs you 15 Turkish Liras! This evening i am going to play football with friends and one of them makes fishing tours so i can learn more about it from him and let you know about this fishing coupon. By the way the coupons are sold at "Tarım ve Köy İşleri" Its an office which gives "amateur fishing lisance" to Turkish fishermen. I thing you need passport and 15 tl to get that 3 days fishing coupon but to be sure i will ask about the details to my friend and tell you more under this topic, good luck.

The main problem is ; this coupon is taken by the tourists who catch fish by fishing lines but you use sparegun. So there are 2 different equipents; sparegun and fishing lines but at the end the aim is the same; catching fish as an amateur!
